Welcome to Tolla's -- Winter Park's Authentic Italian Cafe!

Hello, I am Gary Tolla, the Owner and Chef of Tolla's Italian Deli & Cafe.

I am a native of Connecticut and wanted to bring my style of cooking to Winter Park, Florida. I have many years of experience working with large companies such as the Marriott Hotel which gave me the opportunity to prepare a wide variety of cuisines. 

I also was a teacher, working with the visually impaired. I taught these individuals how to prepare meals and run a full service restaurant. I enjoy working with food and my favorite style of cooking Italian.

I am of Italian decent and was raised with authentic Italian cooking. I invite you to come by and have lunch or dinner with us.  Many of the foods that you will enjoy come from my family recipes. I hope you enjoy my cooking as much as I do!!!
